Rakhtveer is a proprietary software platform developed to facilitate blood donation management, donor engagement, volunteer management, event management, organization management, and related digital services.

The following, including but not limited to, are the exclusive intellectual property of Rakhtveer:

• User experience (UX) and workflows.
• Dashboards, reports and analytics.

• Logos, branding, trade names and marketing materials.

• APIs, automation workflows and proprietary technology.
• Any future enhancements, modules or features developed for Rakhtveer.

2. Limited Licence

Registration on Rakhtveer grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence solely to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Registration does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to any user, organization or third party.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users agree that they shall not directly or indirectly:

• Copy or reproduce the Rakhtveer platform or any substantial portion of it.
• Clone, imitate or replicate the website design, dashboards, layouts or workflows.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
• Create, develop or commission a competing platform based on Rakhtveer.
• Hire developers, freelancers or software companies to recreate Rakhtveer or substantially similar functionality.

• Use Rakhtveer demonstrations, screenshots or documentation for commercial development.
• Extract or scrape platform data beyond authorised use.
• Copy logos, branding, graphics or other visual assets.
• Remove or alter copyright, ownership or proprietary notices.
• Sell, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit any part of Rakhtveer without prior written permission.

4. Anti-Cloning Policy

Rakhtveer represents substantial investment in research, design and software development.

Users expressly agree that they shall not engage, instruct, employ or commission any developer, software company, consultant or third party to recreate, duplicate or substantially imitate Rakhtveer's software, workflows, interface, business processes or proprietary functionality.

Any attempt to create a competing platform through substantial copying of Rakhtveer may constitute breach of contract and infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.

5. User Feedback

Suggestions, recommendations, feature requests or feedback voluntarily submitted to Rakhtveer may be used, modified or implemented by Rakhtveer without any obligation to compensate the submitting user.
