1. Service Provider Disclaimer

• Rakhtveer is only a service provider and data-sharing platform for connecting voluntary blood donors and seekers.
• We are not affiliated with or part of any blood bank, hospital, NGO, or organization conducting blood donation camps.
• We do not collect, store, or supply blood ourselves.
• We are not liable for any incidents, delays, unavailability of blood, or any mishappenings during events, camps, or at blood banks.

2. Event & Technical Responsibility

• It is the sole responsibility of the event organiser to arrange laptops, mobile devices, internet connectivity, and other necessary equipment for event operations.
• Rakhtveer is not liable for any disruptions caused by server downtime, internet failures, power outages, or technical issues during events.
• Free account users will not receive priority support; support requests will be handled based on availability.

3. Data Collection & Usage

• When you register, you provide personal details such as your name, location, contact number, and blood group.
• Your data is stored securely and may be shared only with other registered Rakhtveer members who are seeking blood donations.
• By registering, you grant Rakhtveer full rights to use your data for community purposes, including helping other members in need.
• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the Rakhtveer community without your consent.

4. Consent to Share Information

By submitting your details, you give explicit consent for Rakhtveer to share your name, location, contact number, and blood group with other verified and registered members who may be in need of blood. You understand and accept that once shared, Rakhtveer cannot control further communication between you and the requesting party.

5. General Terms

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You may request to update or delete your data at any time by contacting our support team.
• Rakhtveer reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
